Through the platform, created in 2017, it is possible to schedule medical examinations, issue extracts of contributions, consult the results of benefit requests and simulate the time left for retirement.
Among the services most sought after by policyholders are requesting payment and loan statements and consulting benefits.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Pensions, in April the service channel registered more than 28.8 million hits and the application was one of the five most downloaded in the month.
Meu INSS is on the gov.br government platform. To register, you need to inform CPF, full name and date of birth and answer some questions about your contribution history.
There are two ways to access the platform: by computer, notebook or tablet and by cell phone (Android and IOS). Both options are free.
By cell phone, the first step is to download Meu INSS from the APP Store or Play Store. Through the web, it is necessary to access the website (meu.inss.gov.br).
In both cases, to access it, you must have a login and password registered in the gov.br system. Within the platform, just search for the service of interest. According to the Ministry of Labor and Welfare, the updated version allows the retiree or pensioner to consult a copy of the payroll loan contracts and the identification data collected when hiring, which increases security in this type of agreement.
1- PAYMENT STATEMENT
The “Payment Statement” service is used to consult all proof of payment of benefits that the person receives from the INSS. The document brings the amounts, the date and the bank where the benefit was deposited. Through it, it is possible to consult the gross value and after retirement and pension discounts, for example. The statement shows the details for those who have an income tax discount or abatement for being 65 years of age or older.

4 – CONTRIBUTION EXTRACT (Cnis)

The “Disability Benefit Result” service allows you to view the result of the Temporary Disability Allowance (sickness allowance). That is, after undergoing the expertise, the insured can consult whether the benefit (or extension) will be released or not.

6 – RETIREMENT SIMULATOR
The service “Retirement Simulator” helps to know how much time is left for the worker to retire by the INSS. The simulation is done with the information that is in the INSS database. The body emphasizes that the service is for simple conference and does not guarantee the recognition of the right to benefit.
The simulation shows whether the worker is entitled to retire under the rules prior to the November 2019 Social Security reform, and how long it takes to reach the right to retirement under one of the transition rules, if any.

The “Agendar PerÃcia” service can be used to request a temporary disability benefit, for those who need to leave work due to illness or accident and to request an extension of the sickness benefit.

3. Choose between “Starting Skill” if it’s the first time, or “Extending Skill” if you’re already getting the benefit

9 – MEDICAL REPORTS
Service used for the beneficiary to request the medical report of the expertise made at the INSS. The report remains available in the system even if the benefit has already been terminated.
