The investment of one billion euros will be implemented by the cooperation of GEK TERNA with Hard Rock.
The IRC architectural design consists of various parts, among which provides for the construction of a hotel with a capacity of 1,000 rooms, the casino, a theater with indoor and outdoor areas and an arena with a capacity of up to 10,000 seats. It will also have clubs, entertainment centers, restaurants, sports facilities etc.
As mentioned, the Hard Rock International closes 50 years of operation and has 250 facilities in more than 70 countries with revenues of $ 7 billion and 50,000 employees.
THE President of GEK TERNA George Peristeris stated that “the project started in 2019 and went through ups and downs and anxieties. However, it turned out that in large investments when dedicated Greek companies participate, it is a guarantee of success. We took on all the 100% responsibility of the project to save it and move it forward. The shareholders of our company supported us. “We pledge that the IRC will be operational in a timely manner,” he added.
