Amazon customers went to social networks this Thursday (25) to complain about a confusion when finalizing the payment of products they found on Black Friday promotion on the website of the ecommerce giant.
According to dozens of reports, the value of the merchandise returned to the original, without the discount, at the final stage of purchase.
Sought by Panel SA, Amazon says it had a problem on the site, which was quickly fixed.
“We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will get in touch with impacted customers.” This Black Friday, Amazon announces discounts of up to 60% on its stock.
