«After the institutionalization of simplified licensing procedures, the digital submission of the notification for a series of economic activities in the field of Transport begins through the information system NotifyBusiness (https://notifybusiness.gov.gr/)“, As stated in an announcement of the Ministry of Development and Investment.
It is recalled that on June 22, 2022, the digital submission of important economic activities under the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport began and more specifically:
- of Vocational Training Schools (Σ.Ε.Κ.Α.Μ.) (ΚΑΔ 85.59) and
- of the Vocational Training Schools for Drivers of Dangerous Goods Vehicles (Σ.Ε.Κ.Ο.Ο.Μ.Ε.Ε.) (ΚΑΔ 85.32, 85.59),
From July 1, 2022, the licensing for the following economic activities will take place digitally:
- of Vehicle Workshops (KAD 45.20.1, 45.20.2 and 45.40.5),
- of Parking Lots for Cars, Motorcycles and Mopeds (KAD 52.21.24.02, 52.21.24.03 and 52.21.24.05),
- of Laundries-Lubricants for Vehicles (KAD 45.20.3),
- of Intercity Bus Stations (KAD 52.21.21),
- of Heavy Vehicle Parking (KAD 52.21.24.04),
- of the Schools of Car and Motorcycle Driving and the Theoretical Training Centers of Candidate Drivers (KETHEYO) (KAD 85.53.11 and 85.53.11.01).
«The simplification and digital submission of notifications greatly facilitates businesses for a number of administrative procedures. First of all, they start their activity by submitting a notification, without unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles and delays, while the competent authorities are informed immediately and in real time. In the event of a change and the transfer of the notification, these procedures shall be carried out through the digital platform in a simple and transparent manner, at the same time informing the management“, As noted in the announcement.
