After receiving reports of non-delivery from the Post Office on the grounds of security problems in Itapevi, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, the Federal Public Ministry decided to monitor the measures that the state company will take to resolve the situation.
In a note, the Post Office says that the service is being provided regularly in the city and that it will provide clarification to the agency.
“Specific situations, when reported through official relationship channels, are promptly investigated and resolved”, he says.
