The trip by the Minister of Infrastructure, Marcelo Sampaio, to Paris and Madrid, last week, to try to attract investors to projects in the sector, had 20 meetings with transport managers of all modes, according to the organ.
The Brazilian delegation also met with representatives of the area at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and at ICEX (Spanish investment promotion agency).
It was the second international round of the portfolio, after the trip to New York, in May.
According to the agency’s plans, until December, 38 infrastructure assets will be granted to the private sector.
