The hotel project to be built in the Guarulhos airport complex comprises approximately R$ 100 million in investments, according to Intercity Hotels, a flag of the ICH Administração de Hotéis group, which will operate the enterprise.
Work should begin next year, with completion expected in 30 months.
For the project, which is still in the development phase, there are estimated 300 to 350 apartments, with space between 20 m² and 25 m², in addition to a convention area.
According to Alexandre Gehlen, CEO of ICH Administration of Hotels, the project helps Cumbica to match the main airports in the world, which have connected hotels.
