Cade (Administrative Council for Economic Defense) should reject this Friday (29) the request for a preventive measure made by Heineken against Ambev, owner of brands such as Skol and Brahma.
Despite the denial, the case is open and continues under investigation.
In March, the brewery went to the body accusing Ambev of adopting anti-competitive conduct with abusive practices of exclusivity agreements with establishments.
Among the requests presented at the time, Heineken requested that a preventive measure be granted and that the competitor be prevented from adopting exclusivity clauses for the sale or exhibition of its products.
