The pressing is now becoming suffocating to the debtors of the Stateas AADE activates the …..super beagle called EISPRAXIS. Every available database from ERGANI and the civil registry to GEMI has been placed at the service of this system and nothing will be left…crypto under the sun of EISPRAXIS.

Through this interface, with one click AADE will be able to access at any time in any information available for any taxpayer regarding his family or work situation, but also in the profile of a company, even in information related to its board of directors

In other words, one will be created register, a file for each TIN that will include their income, their debts to tax authorities, insurance funds, municipalities, customs, their assets and their transactions. The debtor will be informed about the confirmed debts, the course of compliance with his arrangements or even the decisions on the imposition of confiscations will be made known to him.

It becomes clear from all this that the process of collecting overdue debts is greatly facilitated. With the press of a button the debtor is “scanned” and depending on the resulting “image”, the order to impose compulsory collection measures will be automatically given, i.e. confiscations of bank accounts and other assets. At the same time, the tax refund and debt offset procedures are also automated.

Based on the collected data, it will be possible through risk analysis criteria and the prioritization of cases concerning the most recoverable debts. Thus, AADE comes closer to achieving the goal of collecting overdue debts. For this year and with regard to old debts, the bar has been set at 2.2 billion euros – 500 million euros must come from the list of big debtors. Regarding the debts that will arise this year, approximately 28% should be collected by the end of the year.
