Apple warned of a flaw that allows hackers to take control of iPhones, iPads and Mac computers, and urged users to install the latest emergency software update.
The technology giant has been offering system updates since Wednesday (17) to fix a vulnerability detected by hackers.
“Apple is aware of a report that indicates this issue may have been actively exploited,” the Silicon Valley-based company said.
Apple did not say whether it has information on how the security flaw could have been exploited by hackers.
According to the technical description, a hacker could take advantage of the flaw to take control of the devices, gaining access to all their data and capabilities.
