Do you want to own an island on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Brazil? This possibility exists and everything depends on a proposal above R$ 23 million, the minimum bid to auction off the paradise location, which is part of the Serra do Mar State Park, Ubatuba, on the north coast of São Paulo.
With 188 thousand square meters in an area of preserved forest, the island has a viewpoint with a view of the coast of Ubatuba and exclusive access by boat to the famous Engenho beach, located between two other well-known in the region: Almada and Brava da Almada.
The island also has a 757 square meter mansion built in the 1990s by a businessman linked to a São Paulo health group. There are nine suites, a living room with a living room with six rooms, a pantry, kitchen, outdoor area and swimming pool. Furniture is included in the deal.
The auction starts on August 30th and bids from interested parties can be submitted until September 2nd. The island belongs to the Brazilian Navy, which cedes the use of the area to the owner and only asks for it back in cases of default or war. In 2015, the property was also offered for sale, at the time for R$ 25 million, but it was not sold.
