Seeing that each apartment delivered will bring people together and bring joy, that’s love, and that’s what motivates me
Residencial Francisco Camargo, by RA Gomes Pacheco, will have a single tower with 96 apartments with two or three suites and four floors of garage.
The common area has a garage band for music rehearsals. The space will be prepared to simulate a concert hall, with a stage, sound equipment and beanbags for the public to watch the performances.
The smallest apartment, 72.22 m², will cost from R$ 602 thousand. The one with 140 m² is calculated at R$ 1.195 million.
In addition to naming the venture, Francisco will have a work of art in the entrance hall with his image.
The father of the duo Zezé Di Camargo and Luciano died in November 2020, aged 83. His life story was portrayed in the film “2 Filhos de Francisco-A História de Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano”, first feature film by filmmaker Breno Silveira.
The biopic reached 5.6 million viewers and became one of the biggest box office hits in national cinema. The plot, which was nominated to represent Brazil at the 2005 Oscars, in the category of best foreign film, had the performance of Dira Paes, Márcio Kieling, Ângelo Antônio, Paloma Duarte, Maria Flor, among other names.
With delivery scheduled for December 2024, Residencial Francisco Camargo is part of the real estate expansion in Praia Grande, considered the fourth most sought after destination in the country in the summer season behind Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Florianópolis. On New Year’s Eve, the city receives more than 1 million tourists.
The municipality received maximum grade in the 2022 Tourism Map, developed by the federal government, an indication that it invests in actions and strategies to stimulate tourism and development in the region.
