AADE did not have account details for 27% of beneficiary farmers, so it was decided to postpone the payment
The latest by next wednesday the beneficiary farmers’ accounts will be credited with the amounts from refund of the Excise Tax (Excise Tax) of diesel fuel for agricultural use.
According to information from APE-MBE, AADE did not have account details (IVAN) for 27% of beneficiary farmers.
Thus, the decision was made to initially gather all the necessary information and then make the payment of the money for everyone by Wednesday.
According to the decision beneficiaries are all farmers by their main profession – natural persons, who have been registered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings until July 15, 2022 and have submitted a Single Support Application for the years 2021 and 2022. As the decision provides, the amount to which each farmer is entitled will be credited immediately to his bank account, without requiring the submission of any supporting documents.
It is recalled that the refund amount calculated on the basis of the maximum quantities of oil consumption per farmer, depending on the acres and the type of crop or livestock he owns, as determined by Official Gazette B 3155/2016. The amounts to be paid, following a government decision, are non-seizure and are not set off against refundable amounts owed to the State.
It is noted that the amount to be allocated is increased by 10 million euros, from 60 million euros in 70 million euros. Farmers are once again receiving the EFFK refund as it was last paid in 2016.
