The Ministry of Finance and the AADE announce that, after the restoration of the operation of the application of corporate income tax returns 2021, it is possible to submit these returns and pay the tax or its first two installments, without the imposition of penalties and late payment interest, as follows:
The legal entities that until 30/8/2022 had not submitted an initial or amending declaration, can submit it in time until Friday 2/9/2022 at 15:00.
The tax resulting from these declarations can be paid without penalties and late payment interest until Friday 2/9/2022.
Please note that this tax must be paid exclusively through web banking and not through a card or IRIS payment system.
For corporate income tax returns submitted up to 30/8/2022, the tax is paid on time until today, 31/8/2022.
It should be noted that yesterday 98,867 personal income tax returns and 15,559 corporate income tax returns were submitted.
In total, up to yesterday, 30/8/2022, due personal income tax returns totaled 6,399,973, surpassing last year’s record of 6,385,896 returns, and corporate income tax returns totaled 284,165.
