A survey by the CNI (National Confederation of Industry) points to different degrees of optimism in the industrial sector regarding the future of Brazil.
The index reaches 80% among executives in the North and Midwest. The Northeast is on average, with 71%. Those who work in the Southeast region are the least optimistic (66%).
In relation to the future of the industry itself, the indexes rise, according to the survey, which heard more than a thousand executives in August. According to the CNI, entrepreneurs in the South are more optimistic (82%), while those in the Southeast are less (73%). The national average was 76% optimism.
In terms of company size, optimism about the future of the industry reaches 77% among small ones. The level drops to 72% among medium and large industrial entrepreneurs.
