The suspension of charging of SGIs (Utilities) to the PPC accounts for a period of five months and specifically from November 1, 2021 to March 21, 2022 provides for an amendment of the Ministry of Environment submitted to a bill of the Ministry of Development.
As it is noted, the electricity suppliers do not include the relevant charge of Y.K.O. in the electricity consumption bills of the respective
customers. The amount that is not charged, is registered in a special field of the account with a note on the suspension of payment of charges for the provision of services of Y.K.O.

At the same time, the amendment provides for the payment of gas bills in 4 installments for the period from 1/11/2021 to 31/3/2021.
Gas suppliers may reimburse Gas Distribution Network Operators for the amounts charged to customers.
and which relate to usage charges – capacity and energy – Gas Distribution Network, under invoices of the competent Administrators, which are issued
in the context of the contracts concluded between them and concern the period of consumption of natural gas from 1.11.2021 to 31.12.2021, as follows:
(a) the total amount of the Value Added Tax (VAT) of each invoice, as well as the amount of the net value of each invoice relating to the charges for the use of the Distribution Network of other Customers, except Household, at the date of payment, and
b) the amount of the net value of each invoice concerning the charges for the use of the Distribution Network of the Home Customers, with a settlement free of charge and without interest for a Supplier;
in 4 equal monthly installments, which are repaid by the tenth calendar day of each month, the first of which is repaid in March 2022 for the month
November 2021 and the second in April 2022 for the month of December 2021.
