Apas (Associação Paulista de Supermercados) this week publishes a survey that shows the confidence of entrepreneurs in the supermarket sector about their own businesses and the economy is on the rise for the third consecutive month.
In September, 42% of respondents said they believe business will improve. The index was 39% in August and 35% in July.
Before, the entity had registered a drop in the indicator in May and June.
The optimism accompanies the reduction in the inflation index of Fipe (Economic Research Institute Foundation), according to data released this Tuesday (4). The pace of decline, however, is already losing strength. Last month, the decline was 0.22%, the lowest in the last five weeks.
