Reference turnover is taken as DG quarter 2019 or, if this turnover is zero, turnover of DG quarter 2020 or, if this is also zero, turnover of BW quarter 2021. Also, in case the company has started operations within the year 2019 and the turnover of DG quarter 2019 is less than the turnover of DG quarter 2020, then the turnover of DG quarter 2020 is taken as the reference turnover.
The amount of aid will be determined in a standard way and will depend on the difference between the reference turnover and the turnover of DG 2021, depending on the percentage difference between outputs and inputs.
The maximum amount for the aid is EUR 200,000, while the minimum aid amount will be EUR 1,000, subject to the cumulation limits set by the European framework.
