Detailed subsidies for household tariffs, for all services (main and non-residential) and without income criteria.
At 23.8 cents per kilowatt-hour, the subsidies on electricity bills for November were set, for monthly consumption of up to 500 kilowatt-hours, which corresponds to 90% of households, as announced by the Minister of Environment and Energy, Kostas Skrekas.
This means that in the case of PPC the final cost per kilowatt hour (initial price minus subsidy) is 15.9 cents.
In particular, the subsidies for household tariffs, for all services (main and non-residential) and without income criteria are:
-From 0-500 kilowatt hours, 23.8 minutes.
-From 501-1000 kilowatt hours, 18.8 minutes.
-From 1001 kilowatt hours and above, 9.8 minutes. This category includes 2% of households.
-The savings incentive applies with an additional subsidy of 5 cents per kilowatt hour for those who reduce consumption by 15%.
-For the Social Household Tariff, as Mr. Skrekas said, 100% of the increase is absorbed with a subsidy of 28.6 cents per kilowatt hour.
For business tariffs with supply power up to 35 kvA, and for consumption up to 2000 kilowatt hours, 20 cents per kilowatt hour. For higher power and all other business tariffs, low medium and high voltage, the subsidy is 50 euros per megawatt hour.
For farmers the subsidy is 23.8 cents per kilowatt hour.
