Subscribers to the print version of Sheet no longer receive the copy of this Monday (31) due to the stoppage of truck drivers.

The cities of Florianópolis, Juiz de Fora, Joinville and the state of Rio de Janeiro were affected. The Monday issue will be delivered along with the Tuesday edition (1st). Subscribers can access today’s print edition through the website (see the Folha Edition here) or through the new Sheet.

Impacted subscribers will have their subscription period extended by one day. The department responsible for deliveries says that it monitors the blockages and, if there is no release of the roads, it will take new measures.

The newspaper’s distribution was impacted by protests by truck drivers who support Jair Bolsonaro, who was defeated in Sunday’s elections, blocking roads in at least 11 states.

Demonstrations have taken place or are still ongoing in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Rondônia, Pará and the Distrito Federal.
