As Moscow stated earlier, it has received the relevant guarantees from the Ukrainian side, “which are sufficient at this time”.

In particular, the Russian ministry states that Russia received written guarantees from Ukraine that it will not use the grain corridor for military operations against the Russian Federation, and only in accordance with the provisions of the Black Sea initiative, the Russian ministry said.

“Thanks to the participation of the UN Security Council, as well as the help of Turkey, it was possible to obtain the necessary written guarantees from Ukraine for the non-use of the humanitarian corridor and Ukrainian ports, which are determined in the interest of the export of agricultural products.”

“In particular, the Ukrainian side officially assured that “the Maritime Humanitarian Corridor will be used only in accordance with the provisions of the Black Sea Initiative and the provisions of the Joint Coordination Center”.
