WhatsApp has launched a function to make it easier for each user to create a conversation with himself. This is a way to save notes, links and lists within the app.
The function is available in the latest application update, which will be made available gradually in the coming weeks. The way is to create a new conversation, in the icon that is in the top corner, for iOS users, or in the bottom part of the conversations screen, in the Android system.
Then, the user’s name will appear at the top of the list of options, along with his other contacts. Just click there and start the conversation.
“This functionality brings the convenience of being able to send notes to your to-do list, reminders, shopping lists and any other note that the user wants to have access to easily, in the palm of his hand, in the application he already uses frequently”, he says WhatsApp, in a statement about the news
In the beginning of the afternoon of this Monday (28), the Sheet searched the app stores for the update using an iPhone and an Android phone, but the new version was not yet available.
Until then, an option used to create individual conversations on WhatsApp was to create a group and then remove the other participants, leaving only the administrator, who would then have his own space to write down his things.
It is worth remembering that cell phones have their own applications for personal notes, like the notepad on the iPhone, which has several features. You can also use Google Docs, which allows you to view files created on your phone on multiple devices, including your computer. Both are free.
