From today, December 22, taxpayers can address digital requests to all tax offices in the country through the platform “My Requests” on the digital portal myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), according to what was announced by the Independent Public Revenue Authority ( AADE).
Through the digital platform, “My Requests”, in essence, both the physical visits to the Tax Offices, as well as the sending of emails to them are eliminated.
The Requests platform:
– Instructs the taxpayer to apply for – more than 250 procedures
– Describes the required supporting documents
– Automatically assigns a protocol number
– Informs by email about the progress of the request.
– The taxpayer or his representative receives the answer of the service in his personal box, within the platform.
“My Appointments” at an additional 27 tax offices
In addition, AADE extends the operation of the platform “My Appointments” through the digital portal myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), to another 27 Tax Offices (47 in total).
In the platform, “My Appointments”, taxpayers and their representatives have the opportunity to digitally schedule appointments for cases that concern them, at a day and time where the relevant Service is available. At each step of the scheduling process, the user is provided with information about any changes (eg completion, cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment), via e-mail and / or SMS, to the details, which he states when registering the appointment.
