Through this online service, Natural Persons can submit property data declaration (E9) of permanent update, initial and amending E9 declarations for the years 2010 and after

The online portal for the submission of E9 declarations of the year 2024, for those who have changes in their financial situation.

Through this online service, Natural Persons can submit:

– Declaration of real estate data (E9) of continuous updating

– Initial and amending E9 declarations for the years 2010 onwards

It is also possible to:

– Printing of an individual VAT statement. for the years 2010 to 2013 and of the Administrative/Corrective Tax Assessment Act for the years 2014 and after, if they have been issued.

– Issuance of EN.F.I.A. Certificate (article 54A of Law 4174/2013) in the current year.

At the same time, all those who had changes in their assets in 2022 should declare them by March 31, 2023, as based on these data, the new ENFIA account will be calculated, the statements of which are estimated to be posted at the end of April or beginning of May .

AADE proceeded to issue detailed instructions to taxpayers with the steps they must follow.

Detailed step-by-step the whole process:

A. If you wish to submit a declaration of real estate data (E9) you should, after carefully reading the instructions for use of the application as well as the frequently asked questions – answers that concern you, follow the following steps:

1. Select the year you wish to submit E9 and from the available actions on the home page, select create E9 return to make the necessary changes to your assets.

2. You can insert/change/delete property of tables 1 (buildings and plots) and 2 (fields).

3. If you are importing a property, fill in all the mandatory fields related to the descriptive details of the property (square meters, type of real estate, percentage of co-ownership, etc.) and also geolocate the property either by selecting the prefecture, municipal apartment and streets of a building block or by choosing to open the Objective Property Value Determination map.

4. If you are changing a property, change only the descriptors that require change.

5. From the year 2013 onwards, during the final submission of E9 declarations, it is mandatory to indicate the electricity supply number of the buildings in which you have full ownership or usufruct.

6. From the year 2014 onwards, depending on the reason for importing/changing/deleting a property that you choose, you must fill in the mandatory fields requested and related to contract details (contract number and date, notary public ID number) , evidence of a will if it exists (number and date of publication, date of death) etc.

7. During the final submission of the E9 statement, specific properties may be requested to be changed due to deficiencies in their data.

8. Any action you take is temporarily stored.

9. When you have finished making changes to your asset status, check how it has been configured using the asset status preview.

10. Select definitive submission of the E9 statement and, if desired, transfer of the statement to the following year.

11. From the available actions, you can print the submitted E9 declarations, your property status and VAT settlement notes. /acts of administrative determination EN.F.I.A.

B. If you wish to issue an EN.F.I.A. certificate (article 54A n. 4174/2013), you should follow the following steps:

– Select the current year.

– Select the Certificates tab and from the Available actions issue a new certificate for use in the current year.

– Select use and enter the eleven-digit A.T.AK. of the real right, for which you want to issue a certificate.

– For each A.T.AK. a separate certificate is issued.

– From the available actions, click on the right to issue a certificate option.

– You can print a certificate preview, to check the details of the certificate before it is issued.

– Select certificate issue and then print.

C. If you wish to issue a responsible declaration of article 8 of Law 1599/1986 instead of the certificate, you should follow the following steps:

– Select the current year.

– Select the Responsible Declarations tab and from the available actions submit the responsible declaration of Law 1599/1986.

– Complete the information requested in the responsible declaration (property description, etc.)

– Select from the available actions Submit a responsible declaration and then print.
