Claro customers report technical failures in the operator’s services this Monday (27). Among the complaints are difficulties in recharging and accessing the internet and the Minha Claro mobile service application.
The difficulties would have started in the early hours of the morning. The website Downdetector, which registers complaints for online services, points to a peak of 106 reports around 10:51 am.
Customer complaints are concentrated in the Southeast region — mainly in the cities of São Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. But there are also notifications from Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Fortaleza and BrasÃlia, as well as user reports in Dublin, capital of Ireland.
According to the website, the most reported problems are related to general failure (39%), fixed internet (33%) and website (28%).
On social networks, users of the operator also wrote to complain about the service on Monday. Others reported that the technical failures had already appeared for a few days.
Wanted by leaf, the operator says that it has found systemic instability and that, as a result, customers may find it difficult to access the company’s service channels.
Claro claims that it is committed to normalizing the service and that its technical teams are working so that the services impacted by the instability are reestablished as soon as possible.
The operator also reinforces that voice, mobile data, fixed broadband and pay TV services continue to operate normally.
