The inspectors of the Independent Authority of Public Revenues put a lock on a gas station that illegally had 18 million euros worth of fuel on the market and is located in the wider area of ​​Oinoi Attica.

Executives of the Attica Customs Audit Service, after a risk analysis and utilization of information, went to the gas station and found that it was operating without a legal license, did not have an installed input-output system and was issuing receipts from a cash register, which did not send data to AADE.

Illegal fuel tanks were found in his yard, without the required volumetric tank tables, and a tank vehicle which, according to its registration, had been illegally converted from a truck to a tank truck.

The gas station had been operating illegally since 2010, bearing trademarks of a supplier company in violation of the relevant rules and illegally selling fuel with a total value of more than 18,000,000 euros on the domestic market.

The inspectors proceeded to seal the gas station, imposed an administrative fine of more than 150,000 euros and arrested its owner and owner with the procedure of autoforo.
