Petz has deactivated, this month, the veterinary and grooming services in part of the chain’s units.
According to the company, the action is temporary and is part of a strategy “of continuous search for improvements in productivity and efficiency, aiming at the best balance between growth and profitability”.
Sought by Panel SA, the company does not inform the number of units that were affected by the cut.
Petz also says that it has prepared studies for resizing the current network of services.
