“Consistent with our commitments, as of January 1, another package of measures is in place that reduces taxes and boosts income,” Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in a twitter post about the government’s financial commitments coming into force on January 1, 2022, and which -as he mentions- reduce taxes, boost income, create new better jobs, support public education and health, the weakest and young people. According to the Prime Minister, the goal is to create new and better jobs.
“Businesses to become more productive. Increase public revenues to support public education and health. Redistribute in favor of the weak to become even more courageous. And especially for our young people to have a better life. We said it, we will do it in 2022 too! ” concluded Mr. Mitsotakis.
