e-EFKA is launching the implementation of new electronic services in the coming months.

According to information, the new online services will be mainly related to register of the institution, while applications are planned to be made electronically for the awarding of the one-off benefit to its insured private sector.

The electronic services, aimed at all insured persons (salaried, self-employed, freelancers, farmers, employers, etc.), pensioners, but also accountants, are part of an overall e-EFKA strategy, which is implemented, with the aim of the operator’s digital transformation.

At the same time, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is promoting seven more reforms, with the aim of making e-EFKA a modern body, friendly to the insured and pensioners.

As announced at a recent event by the Ministry of Labour, these reforms, the implementation of which will be completed gradually, are summarized as follows:

– Integration of the 88 different e-EFKA databases into an Integrated Information System, which will also communicate with the systems of the Insurance Debt Collection Center (KEAO), with the aim of faster processing of insurance and pension cases.

– Digitization of the insurance life of all citizens, with the digitization of official documents and before 2002.

– Interconnection of the “ERGANI” system with the e-EFKA-Program “ARIADNI”. In this way, e-EFKA auditors will be able to know in real time the hours, pay, part-time or full-time employment of each employee.

– Implementation of new electronic services.

– Expansion of the institution of flow and reception employees to all 117 physical service points of the organization throughout Greece.

– Radical renovation of all e-EFKA branches by the end of 2024.

– Completion of the placement in the e-EFKA of the new general managers and approximately 200 managers gradually. Also, 551 new employees are planned to be recruited through ASEP.

For the next day, as has been reported, e-EFKA aims to continue the steady pace of pension awarding, which has been achieved and to further upgrade the service to citizens, while its concern is to fulfill its social role and operate consistently, speed and efficiency.
