Taxpayers have the option to correct errors, gaps or omissions in their real estate information by following specific steps
Her online application opened today, Tuesday AADE for submission of amending declarations E9 for the year 2023, giving the possibility of corrections to the ENFIA account.
Now, taxpayers have the option to correct errors, gaps or omissions in their real estate data.
The initial or amending declaration E9 is submitted by the deadline until June 30, 2023. Then AADE will proceed with a new liquidation of the ENFIA, which must be paid in equal monthly installments of no less than 10 euros until February 29, 2024.
To correct their real estate data, taxpayers should follow the following 10 steps:
- They select the year they want to submit an E9 and from the available actions on the home page, they choose to create an E9 return and proceed with the necessary modifications to their assets.
- They can insert or change or delete the property of tables 1 (buildings and plots) and 2 (grounds).
- If they import a property, they fill in all the mandatory fields regarding the property’s descriptive data (square meters, type of real estate right, percentage of co-ownership, etc.) and also carry out a geographic location of the property either by selecting the prefecture, municipal apartment and streets of a building block or by choosing to open the Objective Property Value Determination map.
- If they change a property, they only change the descriptors
- From the year 2013 onwards, during the final submission of the E9 declarations, they must compulsorily list the number of the electricity supply to the buildings in which they have full ownership or usufruct.
- From the year 2014 onwards, depending on the reason for the import/change/deletion of a property they choose, they must fill in the required fields concerning contract details (contract number and date, notary public ID number), will details if available (number and date of publication, date of death) etc.
- During the final submission of the E9 statement, specific properties may be requested to be changed due to deficiencies in their data.
- Any action they take is cached.
- When they have finished making changes to their asset status, they check how it has been configured via the Asset Preview.
- They choose final submission of the E9 statement and if they wish to transfer the statement to the following year.
