Ready to accept amending or even E9 statements is its platform AADE. Thus, any owner who finds that the ENFIA settlement statement that has been issued is – unfairly in his opinion “inflated” – or finds errors and omissions or the discount to which he is entitled has not been calculated, has one more chance until June 30 to correct all this without no cost at all. After the necessary corrections are made, AADE will proceed with a new liquidation.

Taxpayers who wish to make an amending declaration after May 31st should have paid the first installment due on the 31st of the month. And from then on, they will pay the new amount that will arise in monthly installments until February 2024. If the changes made result in a reduction or increase in tax up to €300, then the new invoice is issued immediately. If the amount is greater than €300, then the owner will be asked to submit electronically the supporting documents required to proceed with the liquidation.

According to the decision of the head of the AADE Giorgos Pitsilis, a new clearance certificate is also issued to those who prove to be entitled to a 50% discount or full exemption from the tax. The Pitsili decision also provides that when issuing the act of administrative determination, the percentage of the deduction granted with the first issued act of administrative determination of the tax is taken into account, and the amount of the resulting deduction does not exceed the amount of the deduction granted with the first issued act of administrative determination of the tax.

To submit the initial/amendment declaration, the following steps are required according to the AADE itself:

-Select the year to which the changes will be made. In this case the taxpayer must choose the 2022.

-In the case of importing an entire property, the fields relating to the descriptive details of the property such as co-ownership, type of real estate and square footage must be filled in. The geographical location of the property is also required, either by selecting the prefecture, municipal apartment and streets of the building block, or by selecting the opening of the Objective Property Value Determination map.

-The change of property requires the simple modification of the descriptive data

– Mandatory – from 2013 – the indication of the electricity supply number is valid, while mandatory – from 2014 – the filling in of the fields relating to details of transfer contracts or wills is also mandatory

-After the interested party checks through the preview that everything he filled in or changed is correct, he submits the application definitively.
