The digital platform support.gov.gr is available to the citizens for the communication and the submission of questions and requests regarding the use of the digital services of the institutions. The service was designed and supported by the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems and the General Secretariat for Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Support.gov.gr integrates the way of communication with government agencies for the digital services provided at gov.gr. This creates a digital space for citizens and businesses to communicate with public services, to submit questions, requests and receive answers for the use of digital services of each body.

Citizens who wish to submit a question or request for service regarding the selected service provided by gov.gr, select the “Contact” field on the page of the digital service they are interested in. Once identified with Taxisnet codes, they have the ability to submit personalized service requests or inquiries. After the submission, they receive as proof the unique service number via e-mail.
Then, gov.gr distributes the requests – questions automatically, to the bodies and administrative units that have the responsibility of answering. After the complete processing of the request, the answer of the administration is posted in the answer box of the citizen. For each new answer gov.gr sends an informative email, so that the citizen can go to the answer box to receive the answer of the competent administrative unit.
Already, 259 digital services provided by support.gov.gr are provided by the Ministries of Digital Governance, Rural Development and Food and Finance, as well as by e-EFKA, OAED and IDIKA. Gradually, all digital services will join support.gov.gr.
