The ability to issue through the digital portal myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), certificates, which contain the Registry data, as they have been formed since the submission of their statements and reflect their current image, citizens and businesses have from tomorrow, Thursday, July 6

• For citizens “Registry & Contact” / “Data of a Natural Person” / “Issuance”
• For “Business Details” / “Summary Version” or “Detailed Version” businesses.

Until now, taxpayers, after submitting the D210 or D211 Registry statement and receiving the relevant certificate, addressed their DOU to request its reprint in cases where it had to be used in services other than AADE. It is estimated that every year 40,000 reprints of certificates are requested from the DOU.

The new current image Registry Certificates are issued exclusively digitally, eliminating reprinting, they bear a digital stamp and a Quick Response Code (QR CODE) for verification by AADE’s information systems.

According to the decision of the Governor of AADE (A.1096/2023), digital certificates are compulsorily accepted for any legal use. Soon, the digital Certificates of Registry will be supplemented with the history of changes of citizens and businesses.
