The results for the conclusion of project lease contracts were posted on e-EFKA.
Specifically, the General Classification List (GC) and the Special Classification List (EC) were posted, which includes candidates who have been scored on specific criteria, such as minor children, polytechnics, triplets, single parents and disability. with full details of the candidates, as announced by the e-EFKA administration.
These results concern the announcement no. ΣΜΕ 1/2021 (https://www.efka.gov.gr/el/anakoinoseis/anakoinose-synapse-symbaseon-misthoses-ergoy-ston-e-ephka) for the conclusion of project lease contracts with a total of 100 people and contract duration 14 months to cover the needs of the Electronic National Social Security Agency (e-EFKA), based in Athens, of the Regional Unit of the Central Sector of Athens, for the execution of the project: “Assistance in the examination and processing of pending applications, supplementary pension and lump sum benefit, as well as in carrying out the necessary procedures for their liquidation “to the institution.
According to an announcement by e-EFKA:
– the Recruitment List has been posted with full details of the candidates,
– the Ranking & Rejecting Tables of the Announcement no. ΣΜΕ 1/2021 of e-EFKA have been posted with the number that the application received during its electronic submission, in compliance with the General Regulation of Personal Data Protection (GDPR),
– Candidates can retrieve their application number, after entering using their personal TAXISnet codes at the electronic address https://www.efka.gov.gr/aitisi-sme.php,
– the tables with the complete data of the recruits will be kept in the Human Resources Department of e-EFKA,
– the attached tables were drawn up, following the verification of the applications of the candidates and the attached supporting documents submitted,
The winners will be notified by email to the email account they have stated in the application.
In the TABLES there is a column “MISSING DETAILS”, which lists the supporting documents that have not been scored either because they are not in accordance with what the announcement requires or because they are not proven in the way stated in the announcement.
For example:
The indication “Experience is not proved” may mean that the declared experience is not relevant to the subject of the position or that all the supporting documents mentioned in the notice of proof have not been submitted.
The indication “Does not have the required degree” may mean that the degree submitted is not on the list of required degrees in the announcement or that it is not properly proven, according to the relevant announcement.
The indication “Proven good English language proficiency is not indicated” may mean that either no English language proficiency certificate has been submitted or the certified degree is not included in SPECIAL ANNEX (A2) PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFESSION (7-12-20) or not necessary supporting documents to prove it, according to the relevant announcement.
The indication “The special category is not proven” means that no evidence has been provided to prove the special category (minor children, polytechnics, triplets, single parents and disability) or that it is not proven properly, according to the relevant announcement.
