In a trajectory parallel to the drop in the number of deaths from Covid, the percentage of positive results from the disease in rapid pharmacy tests continues to decline, according to a survey by Abrafarma, an association that brings together large drugstore chains.
About 10% of tests carried out between October 18 and 24 detected the coronavirus, reaching a new lowest level since the beginning of the service in pharmacies, in April 2020.
There were nearly 12,800 diagnoses in the period, according to the survey. Tests sold in drugstores can evaluate antigens or antibodies.
