Twelve new 48 hour locks in shops in tourist areas, all over Greece, the auditors of the Independent Authority of Public Revenues put in for not transmitting receipts to the e-send of AADE.
These businesses they had not connected their cash register with AADEas provided by law, thus preventing the control of the correct issuance of the receipts and the detection of any concealment of taxable material.
It is recalled that already last year the interconnection of cash registers with AADE is mandatory and failure to interface is equated by law with failure to issue receipts, leading to fines and 48-hour lockouts.
Controls continue throughout Greece, where, in addition to the non-transmission of receipts, payments are compared which have been recorded in the POS with the receipts issued.
