Loft begins its expansion plan, which aims to reach more than ten cities in Brazil in the coming months. The startup starts operating in Guarulhos. It is the fifth destination of the property purchase and sale company, which began in 2018 and currently operates in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Porto Alegre.
The portfolio starts with 800 apartments for sale in the city, chosen for its proximity to the capital of São Paulo, where Loft’s largest operation is located today.
The model remains the same, through the marketplace in which sellers advertise their properties in a portfolio of 40,000 units in Brazil and 30,000 in the Mexico operation.
