BTG Pactual has already started publicizing the confirmed attendance for the 2022 edition of its annual CEO Conference Brasil event.
President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) will attend, according to the bank, in addition to pre-candidates Ciro Gomes (PDT), João Doria (PSDB) and Sergio Moro (Podemos).
BTG says that the top five names in the race to Planalto were invited to speak at the event, which takes place on February 22 and 23, online.
Sought by the SA Panel, BTG does not say whether Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) will attend.
When the bank started publicizing Bolsonaro’s presence on its social media, this Thursday (3), it received hundreds of comments for and against the president’s participation. BTG responds that it is committed to transparency and that the other pre-candidates were also called.
The presidency’s press office says it has no information about Bolsonaro’s agenda.
