Mônica Bergamo: Social arm of B3 provides R$ 50 million for education and reduction of impacts of the pandemic

B3’s fund for social actions, which finances public education projects and actions to combat the impacts of the pandemic, plans to manage R$ 50 million this year. B3 Social’s resources for philanthropy in 2021, which totaled R$53 million, were used, for example, to train teachers and offer free courses to students, according to the Brazilian Stock Exchange.

According to B3, 25 projects are being evaluated to benefit from the institution’s own contributions in 2022.
