Significantly lower in relation to the prices formed in 2023 are the “green” tariff charges for January announced by PPC.

Specifically, the charges for January are 13.635 cents per kilowatt hour for consumption up to 500 kilowatt hours per month and 14.595 cents for higher consumption.

The night tariff is set at 11.155 cents per kilowatt hour and the fixed rate is 5 euros per month.

The prices are lower than the initial estimates as the price of electricity on the Stock Exchange fell further in December, to the level of 102 euros per megawatt hour.

It is recalled that the retail prices in 2023 with the horizontal State subsidies were set at the level of 15-16 cents per kilowatt hour.

Today or until tomorrow, the announcements from all the suppliers are expected which will be communicated to the Regulatory Authority and presented together so that consumers have the opportunity to compare and choose.

It is recalled that from today all consumers were automatically transferred to the “green” tariff, except for those who declared that they prefer another of the available products.
