Upwards stock prices moved in the last session of the week, with the market also breaking the 1,380 levels, moving to near 13-year highs.

The General Price Index closed at 1,385.01 points, marking an increase of 0.61%.

It is the highest close since the May 11, 2011 session (1,388.11 points).

Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,392.27 units (+1.14%).

On a weekly basis, the main stock market index registered a rise of 1.77%, while since the beginning of the year it has recorded gains of 7.10%.

The value of transactions amounted to 138.07 million euros, while 15,671,807 shares were traded.

The large-cap index rose 0.58%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.48%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Viohalco (+2.56%), Alpha Bank (+2.06%), Ellactor (+1.61%), Sarantis (+1.60 %) and Aegean Airlines (+1.47%).

On the contrary, the largest decline was recorded by the shares of Autohellas (-1.07%), Mytileneos (-0.63%) and EYDAP (-0.51%).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank, trading 12,980 and 6,59,555 shares, respectively.

Alpha Bank recorded the highest value of transactions with 22.53 million euros and National Bank with 20.21 million euros.

71 stocks moved up, 42 down and 18 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Mathios Pyrimaha +9.43% and Vioter +9.38%.

The biggest drop was recorded by the shares: Doppler -5.71% and Chaidemenos -3.61%.
