Share prices closed today (Wednesday) with a slight increase Stock Exchange meeting, with the market returning to the levels of 1,420 units. From the high capitalization, the shares of OTE, Ellactor and GEK TERNA outperformed.

The General Price Index closed at 1,420.30 units, rising 0.18%. Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,425.68 units (+0.56%).

The value of the transactions amounted to 134.82 million euroswhile 30,370,010 shares were traded.

The large-cap index rose 0.26%, while the mid-cap index fell 0.48%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of OTE (+2.95%), Ellaktor (+1.98%), GEK TERNA (+1.57%) and Terna Energy (+1 .44%).

On the contrary, the largest decline was recorded by the shares of Elvalhalcor (-2.95%), EYDAP (-2.11%), Autohellas (-1.17%) and Quest Participations (-1.07%).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus, trading 6,315,146 and 5,071,597 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by Nthniki with 26.31 million euros and Piraeus with 19.89 million euros.

38 stocks moved up, 67 fell and 18 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Xylemporia (p) +4.71% and Alumyl +4.25%.

The biggest drop was recorded by the shares: Centric -9.15% and Doppler -9.00%.
