In order to implement new operational/business plans, the management of the airline company SKY express proceeded to change the managing director of the company, as announced.

In particular, the pilot Konstantinos Iliakis gave his place to Konstantinos Tsikourakos, who comes from the business sector. The remaining members of the Board of Directors remain.

According to an announcement posted on GEMI, the remaining members of the Board of Directors remained as they are. President Theodoros Krokidas, Vice President Georgios Lioubis, and Panagiotis Giannoukos, member.

The term of office of the above Board of Directors is five years and expires on 05.06.2029.

“The new Board of Directors of SKY express has been posted on GEMI, which will implement the company’s strategic development program and accelerate its innovative initiatives. The company’s General Assembly simultaneously expresses its thanks to the members of the outgoing Board of Directors for their contribution in achieving important goals,” the company says.

It is reminded that SKY express has already concluded agreements with 18 airlines around the world, among which are: Air France, American Airlines, Air Transat, Air Serbia, British Airways, Condor Airlines, Cyprus Airways, Delta Airlines, Easyjet, El AL Israel Airlines, Emirates, Etihad, KLM, Middle East Airlines, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, Transavia and Turkish Airlines.

Through its strategic alliances, SKY express offers the possibility of seamless interconnection with more than 160 countries around the world. It is worth noting that, in 2023, the number of monthly flights of the company’s interline partners exceeded 500,000 and SKY express transported – on a weekly basis – more than 1,000 passengers from all over the world through Athens International Airport.
