A cooperation agreement was signed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the business group Oikos Property Developments for its creation first Ramada Residences by Wyndham in GREECE.

The complex, with 150 tourist accommodations, which will offer full hospitality services, is located in the Municipality of Aristoteli Halkidiki.

Investment development to operate the complex under the Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki brand is expected to be completed in May 2026. Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki will offer travelers the friendly and comfortable accommodation synonymous with the Ramada brand by Wyndham.

The Regional Director of Southern and Eastern Europe of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Vassilis Themelidis, said: “With the signing of the new agreement, Wyndham Hotel & Resorts strengthens its presence in Greece, while at the same time expanding its network of partners.
