The preferred investor will assume for at least 25 years the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the Vasilitsa National Ski Center.

Interested investors are invited to submit an expression of interest file by September 13, 2024.
TAIPED conducts the tender on behalf of the State. The aim is to make the Vasilitsa Ski Center an attractive mountain tourism hub, encouraging mild tourist development throughout the year, strengthening the regional economy.
The ski center has seven lifts installed, which serve the 18 existing downhill runs, including two beginner runs. The property is in a particularly privileged position due to its proximity to Thessaloniki, Grevena and Ioannina, as well as important cultural attractions, such as Meteora and the archaeological site of Vergina. In addition, it has easy road access due to its connection with the Egnatia Odos and is 130 km from Ioannina airport and 213 km from Thessaloniki airport, attracting visitors from all over Greece and Southeast Europe.
