Businesses will be required to issue digital transport documents and transfer their data to the myDATA digital platform
The Independent Public Revenue Authority sent 155,415 e-mails to individual businesses, which will be required to issue digital transport documents and transfer their data to the myDATA digital platform.
In particular, according to Α.1122/2024 (Β΄4570) joint decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance and the Governor of AADE, the above obligation has from 1/12 the companies that:
- their gross income exceeds 200,000 euros, based on the submitted income tax return for the tax year 2022 or
- are active in the fields of energy products (fuel), pharmaceutical products and medical consumables, building and related materials, as well as the production, standardization and marketing of olive fruit and olive oil.
Furthermore, it is recalled that in case of non-issuance of traffic documents, the fine amounts to:
- to five hundred (500) euros per tax audit, if the company follows a simple accounting system or
- to one thousand (1,000) euros per tax audit, if the company maintains a double-entry bookkeeping system.
