Its organizational transformation continues in the new year AADEwith its creation on 2/17/2025 Control Center for Large Taxpayers (KEMEF).

The new standard audit service results from the unification of the Large Business Audit Center (KEMEEP) and the High Wealth Taxpayer Audit Center (KEFOMEP) and will be the largest audit center in the country, with jurisdiction over the entire territory.

KEMEF ensures:

– 360-degree tax audit, carrying out combined audits of particular complexity with modern audit methods on entities-corporate structures and shareholders-partners-managers, which will extend over a wider range of the tax audit chain, minimizing the chances of tax evasion or tax avoidance (e.g. tax avoidance controls through artificial arrangements and hybrid instruments; controls on crypto-currencies, NFTs and other crypto media and tools).
