February reversals, as well as electricity pricing, is February: the up and down come in both “colored” invoices, with the changes already starting at the beginning of the year, and in the low-billing zone. At the forefront of changes are the “blue” and “orange” invoices, as well as those of gas, while fewer will now be the hours of cheap power to households.

Already, the first change was adopted on blue pricing tariffs, which will last 12 months. The new semesters or eight invoices will now be orange.

New data on ‘colored’ invoices

From this development, those who already have a blue invoice of less than 12 months are not affected, as they will remain in it until the end of the contract. Then, of course, they should make their choice with new market data.

Differences are also recorded in natural gas invoices, which have been colorful since January 1st of this year to “harmonize” with those of the current so that consumers can compare prices.

The colors are depending on those of the current, that is, blue for constant and yellow for floating. In fact, blue gas invoices should be 12 months old, as did electricity invoices.

Opens the ‘game’ with ‘orange’ invoices

Premiere for orange “dynamic” invoices, which include consumers with “smart” meters.
These are invoices in which each day will be issued 24 final supply rates that will be announced to consumers by 17:00 the previous day.

Indeed, by 10pm of the previous day, providers should alert their customers of the hours when prices are higher than 150 euros per megawatt hour, urging them to avoid consumption.

Orange invoices are targeted first in business and put as a basic prerequisite for the existence of a “smart” meter. At the moment, however, those who placed “smart” meters (businesses and households) are estimated to exceed $ 1 million.

By 2030, HEDNO’s flagship work for telemery and “smart” meters is expected to be completed. A project, however, proceeding slowly.

Fewer hours cheap current

From February 1, the implementation of the new low -billing bimon system begins, which in relation to the current “night” invoice offers a total of 2 hours less cheap electricity.

The new Biano invoice consists of the meridian zone and the night zone.

More specifically, the hours per zone and season, which will be valid from Monday to Sunday, are shaped as follows:

Winter hours, Duration from November to March:
Meridian zone: 12 pm – 3 pm
Night zone: 2 am – 5 am

Summer hours, Duration from April to October:
Meridian zone: 11am – 3 pm
Night zone: 2 am – 4 am

The new bi -zonal system of reduced electricity pricing will first relate to consumers who have an appropriate meter and active bi -zonal (nocturnal) invoice (recording meter in two zones or new smart meter).
