Available for installation in floating supply – transport media are today’s data monitoring and shipping software from local input -output systems of shipping means fuel toward the signal reception center AADE. The collection of these data is expected to provide a significant impetus to the fight against smuggling of energy products.

In particular, with the Joint Ministerial Decision A.1191/2024 of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Christos Dimas, Deputy Minister of Development Anna Mani, Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou, Minister of Maritime and Island Policy Christos :

* Computing unit with specific safety standards, which is mandatory installed on floating supply-transformational means.

* Data management software, provided by AADE, which will carry the unit for:

  • gathering input-output data and alarm data
  • Save and sending the data to the AADE signal reception center.

* Interoperability of the software with the local input-input measurement system.

* Shipowner & Managers’ Obligations:

  • The installation, maintenance and operation of the computing unit is carried out with the care, responsibility and expense of the shipowner, shipowner or manager.
  • The data will be sent to an appropriate format to the AADE signal reception center.

Within two (2) months, obliged persons must ensure that the software installation in the computing unit of the supply-transfers.

It is noted that

* By 30/4, the metering data and alarms of the local input system are piloted to the AADE signal reception center.

* From 1/5 onwards, the shipping system of the above data is produced and sanctions are imposed in the event of an irregularity.

Instructions on how to disseminate and install the software are available at the Myaade Digital Portal, on the route: Applications> Customs Services or Tax Services> Input – Fuel Input System> Tanks of Energy Villets.

The prerequisite for the disposal of the application to an installer is either his registration in the Register of Tanks of Energy Products of the Independent Public Revenue Authority or his authorization by the shipowner or shipowner or manager who has already signed therein.
