With the integration of the Single Real Estate Registry in the Recovery Fund, the “big brother” setting up in the real estate market officially begins …
Of Chrysostom Chufi
By joining the single register of real estate in Recovery fund – Decision signed by Deputy Minister of Finance Nikos Papathanassis and Deputy Minister of Digital Governance Konstantinos Kyranakis – The… setting up of the “big brother” in the budget market for approximately € 8.3m € is officially beginning.
It is essentially a one Mega database on which all the information available for each property will be loaded on the territory.
The project has been broken into 4 pieces that will require the completion and completion of 4 different competitions, and in its operation will certainly play a key role to complete the country expected at the end of the year, so it is not clear the horizon of the project.
Upon completion, however, the authorities will have a click on their disposal, the identity of each property in the territory.
Among other things through the “big brother” will be known immediately:
- The characteristics of the property (kind, location, surface, floor, age)
- ATAK (property ID number)
- The CAEK (National Land Registry code)
- Whether it is powered or not
- Whether or not it is supplied
- If it is empty, granted or leased
- If it is insured
- The urban licenses
- The energy certificate
- Any pending lawsuits and generally the legal status
- Any elements of agricultural subsidies and their connection to arable land
The “big conquest” of the new platform is that citizens do not need to make any move as highlighted in the announcement of the Ministries of Finance and Digital Government. On the contrary, the platform will be interconnected with all public and non -public Bodies that keep records related to real estate such as:
- The land registry
- The taxis
- The AADE Real Estate Real Estate Registry
- The town planning
- HEDDIE
- The DEYA
- The insurance companies
- The Technical Chamber
- The fire brigade
- The Courts and Registry
It goes without saying that the property owner will have previously declared his property to the Land Registry, has properly submitted E9 statements and of course he will inform it to any changes.
The creation of the Registry will also activate a new era of supervision in a digital environment, as authorities will be able to monitor the changes in terms of property (change of property, legal issues) in real time and thus be able to do more targeted checks.
Changes that do not also need to do something because they will be automatically recorded. In the signing of a contract, for example, the system will be updated directly by Myproperty without any delay.
At the same time, because citizens will access, they will be able to have a complete picture of their property. And at the same time it will make them easier to communicate with the authorities.
